Sažetak
In heart of every management system in an organization lies: mission, corporative values, vision and strategy. These terms can be associated with measures and tools for decision making. If we accept the fact that on selection of projects, project teams and other project stakeholders, above mentioned terms have high influence, then we can conclude that project objectives must fulfill them. This paper defines: mission, corporative values, vision and strategy and explains their role in organizational management. It gives examples of their implementation in construction industry. It concludes with their implementation to proposed integral organizational management model. With its use management can select appropriate measures, set objectives and priorities, control their implementation and adjust their weights according to respective needs.
