Sažetak
In the process of ship construction a great number of outside participants, besides the entire own material and personnel resources, is engaged and their acitivities need to be cordinated. This complex and comprehensieve production and business operating process is accompanied by a great number of production and business data which need processing. The paper presents an approach to conceptualization of information systems aiming to creation of an efficient production and business operating system in the shipbuilding industry of the Republic of Croatia.
