Sažetak
As crust deformations before Earthquakes have not always and everywhere been recognised, a regular net of points for observing such deformations is sugested, using cheap modern equipments. A tiltmeter construction is planed principally based on the Askania borehole-tiltmeter by means of capacitative sensing on a vertical pendulum. A new extensometer is sugested using a carbon-fibre-rod standard length. A compensating mechanical construction is described. For data-collection a cheap battery-driven electronic computer should be applied to eliminate instrumental drift.
