Sažetak
Pacemaker patients travel several hours to the pacemaker centre in order to complete the follow-up session in only several minutes. Many pacing complictions occur to fast to be detected by regular follow-up sessions. We used WEB technology to perform the remote follow-up. Patient side comprise the server having the programmer and the ECG, while the expert side comprises the client GUI showing the real time ECG and the programming command buttons. We were able to program the basic pacing parameters: rate, output and vario function.
