Sažetak
Proton Energy Systems has developed a UNIGEN ® ; Regenerative Fuel Cell System (RFCS) for back-up power applications. The system consists of an electrolyzer, a fuel cell, and a hydrogen storage system capable of acting as an uninterruptible power supply, or UPS, for telecommunications applications as well as other premium markets. The system is modular in design so that the power, recharge, and storage components can be sized separately compared to a typical energy storage device’ s characteristics.
