Sažetak
Modern information technology implementation could be successful project only if the information system development is co-ordinated with business system development strategy. Such approach is called Strategic Planning of Information System development (SPIS). Planned business system reengineering and new information system development became two parallels and tightly connected projects. In the paper, based on experience earned on previous performed projects, authors analyse those connection and present some conceptual and methodological recommendations, which adoption could increase synergetic effect of reengineering project and new information system development project in some organisation.
