Sažetak
Series of chalcopyrire-type solid solutions AgGa_xIn_(1-x)Se_2 and CuGa_xIn_(1-x)Se_2, 0<x<1, have been prepared by direct synthesis from the melt. The space group is I-42d (No. 122), Z=4. The unit- cell parameters a and c and the ratio c/a change linearly with x. Powder data at 298 K are given for selected solid solutions.
