Sažetak
In this paper the decompositions of the electromagnetic field tensor Fab and the dipole moment tensor Dab are presented. Fab is decomposed into 4-vectors Ea and Ba and the 4-velocity va of the observers who measure fields. Dab is decomposed into the electric and magnetic dipole moment 4-vectors da and ma and the 4-velocity ua of the particle. A new expression for the interaction between Fab and Dab is also given. It uses the mentioned decompositions and it contains new terms: the interaction between Ea and ma , and Ba and da , which are responsible for some quantum phase shifts.
