Sažetak
The construction of the new Maslenica reinforced concrete arch bridge with 200 m span represents a foremost engineering achievement worldwide. The general layout of the bridge and the structural solution are described in the paper. Durability and quality assurance requirements are highlighted, including the monitoring system, installed for the first time on a bridge in Croatia. The complete construction sequence with construction technology and equipment utilized, is presented.
