This calls for changes to keep abrest of the increasingly sophisticated needs of demand. To meet unpredictable future. Foreign hotel chains are setting new criteria of quality, and they are implementing globalisation trends while asserting local values that are integrated into a distincive brand and prestigious image. Domestic hotel chains are embracing a new business philosophy in order to achieve excellence and to bridge gap between their own capabilities, modern tourist preferences and foreign competition
