Sažetak
The resistance of the corrugated board on the pressure has been tested in this article, that is on the force which deforms it plastically, or squeezes it or doestorys its structure. The strengrth of the corrugated board is expressed by the smallest force that can cause continuous deformities of the material (N/mm2 surface of the material cross section). The resistance to pressure depends only on the property of the corrugated borad, in this case on different wave sizes in layers while the shape of the packed object has no influence. For testing the strength of the corrugated board the standard test tubes of the defined shapes and dimensions have been used and the they were tested on crush medium tester which defines the resistance of the corrugated board on presuure. The results will show the influence of thewave size on the strength of the corrugated board, that is on its horizontal and vertical surface.
