Sažetak
Two “ Lapithou” and two “ Polyphori” lemon plants produced by micrografting, all from different source trees, were found free of all viroids and were used as primary source material for the basic citrus plantation of the island and for further propagation to nurseries and growers. The whole procedure of shoot-tip grafting in vitro is being continued for the elimination of viroids in all source lemon plants.
