Sažetak
This talk is based on action research carried out in my classroom. It explores the research structure, underlying philosophy, and the research outcome. The research started out of anger (mine) and ended with 'the feeling good state' (students' and mine). Experience from the research may be of relevant to other teachers e.g. how to reduce teacher's anxiety when being observed as opportunity to develop awareness through peer observation. The research investigated classroom dynamics and interaction between students.
