Sažetak
This article presents ideas about emigrant potential of young Croatian scientists and their future forms of leaving. The brain drain processes still exists in underdeveloped countries but one of the main emigration forms has become brain circulation. Croatian young scientists will also take a part in that processes, especially in the EU labor market
