Sažetak
Constant changes are marking today's age, and human capital is gaining a new meaning. Human capital has become an exceptionally important business resource, and human capital management, a key development and business activity. The application of an assignment model, resolved using the Hungarian method, is one of the ways in which human capital can be used more fully and efficiently in carrying out an array of primary tasks in the hotel industry. A survey conducted in a hotel in Dalmatia has shown this model to be useful providing certain conditions exist, such as the possibility of sub-specialising or delegating certain tasks during peak periods.
