Sažetak
The Pag island sheep is an autochtonous breed from island Pag kept for the well known hard cheese. In this study isoelectric focusing and PCR-RFLP of beta-lactoglobulin were performed in order to characterise Pag island sheep with respect to milk protein polymorphism.
