Sažetak
Future enterprizes and modern organization's structures based their surviving and developing on posibility to change themselves as answer on continually changes in enviroment and within the system. Internet, informational and communications installation are main technology base of organization. Beside that, acknowledgement and organization are main competitive advantages of enterprizes. With help of this knowledge and organization, enterprize initialize the processses of changing and adapting itself toward the demands from enviroment. The part of these acknowledgements are new methods of management and new strategies which goes in direction of entirelly changes, with help of modern organizational structures. This mixture of new methods and strategies, beside the new organization structures, are named modern organizational concepts.
