Sažetak
Instant-messaging and Voice over IP software are more and more becoming targets of virus and malware writers. They are attempting to bypass security-system updates and to collect user’ s confidential personal and financial data. In their nature, those threats are different from usual threats, e.g. those affecting e-mails. Updating virus definitions and antivirus software components is not efficient enough because of high mutating level of those kinds of viruses. The main cause of the success of those threats is in speed of inter-infecting between users.
