Sažetak
In this study, the transfer of technology between foreign multinational corporations (MNCs) and Croatian subsidiaries is explored under a dynamic capabilities perspective. Insights from 80 managers of Croatian subsidiares are used to explore the issues facilititating and inhibiting technology transfer. The findings sugesst that while technology transfer is desired by MNCs, home and host governments, and Croatina subsidiaries, limitations in MNC capabilities of Croatian subsidary managers to apply ne technology may hinder effective technology transfer. Implications for academics and proactitioners are addressed.
