Sažetak
This article deals with technique of in vivo production of goat embryos as well as with obstacles associated with those procedures. The goal of a superovulation treatement is to increase the genetic influence of valuble does by the system « ; ; mother-dother» ; ; . This treatement reduces the costs of transport of genetic material, quarantine and the risk of transmission of diseases. The techniques of superovulation and transfer of embryos as well should significantly contribute to build-up the genetically superior flocks. Although only a small number of does were treated, this technique together with freezing and transfer of obtained embryos should contribute significantly to the genetic improvement of the flocks, would have commercially and sanitary reasons for application in near future and should encourage further studies.
