Sažetak
Up to now there has been report no on the effect of short-time pyloric ligature (e.g.minutes) on experimental gastric lesions. in this way, the limiting factor (such as fore-stomach lesions, axcessive gastric juice accumulation, distension of the stomach) known after conventional ligature period (e.g. hours)would be fully avoided. In addition to complete pyloric occlusion, aneasthesia, abdominal incision and loose pyloric ligature were tested as sham procedures.. We demonstrated that complete pyloric occlusion even for short period (e.g. 15 minutes) inevitably produces very prominent haemorrhagic lesions ("stress ulcers")which microscopically appeared as erosiones in addition to lamina propria permeated by red blood cells. Moreover, some minor lesions were already found after loose ligature. Since pyloric ligation first damages serosal stomach side, and mucosal resistance was found to be extremly vulnerable to serosal injuries, it was suggested that ischaemic microcirculatory disorders, produced by stomach manipulation from the serosa are responsible for the rapid lesion development described.
