Sažetak
The concentrations of IL-18, TNF-alpha, cAMP and PGE2 were determined in synovial fluid of RA and OA patients. The concentration of IL-18 was inversely corelated with cAMP and DAS28, indicateing that IL-18 has important role in the pathogenesis of the diseases.
