Sažetak
For the calculation of cholinesterase activities measured by the Ellman spectrophotometric method (in phosphate buffer pH=7.4) using thiocholine ester substrates, the following molar absorption coefficients (ε M) for the reduced Ellman reagent are suggested: 14.1 x 103 and 13.8 x 103 M-1cm-1 for activities measured at 412 nm and 25 or 37 ˚ C resp., and 10.8 x 103 and 11.0 x 103 M-1cm-1 for activities measured at 436 nm and 25 or 37 ˚ C resp.
