Sažetak
This paper provides an overview of diverse means for improving web marketing, relationship marketing, customer relationship management, and public relations by use of the Internet/web. The web sites of seven major corporations in Croatia were examined regarding their use of the Internet/web for previously outlined activities. The corporations were from the diverse sectors of finance, pharmacy, telecommunications, petrochemical industry, retailing, dairy and retail food industry. Except for the on-line selling of products/services, most of the corporate web sites that were examined displayed a rather high level of web marketing and relationship marketing activity. Conclusions are drawn regarding the potential use of such activities for small and medium-sized enterprises.
