Sažetak
Two pairs of structural isomers 2, 3 and 4, 5 possessing 2, 3- and 3, 4-double bond in tetrahydropyridine ring, were synthesized and their enantioselective hydrogenation attempted. This represents an attempt to enentioselective synthesis of S-(-)-3-PPT 1, a selective agonist at central dopamine receptors.
