Sažetak
A review of postglacial vegetation development in the coastal region of Croatia is based on a synthesis of previous and the newest archaeobotanical research, including pollen analysis, and analysis of plant macro-fossils. Changes in vegetation through individual postglacial periods are shown systematically, particular attention being devoted to anthropogenic impacts on the vegetation.
