Sažetak
The rather bad performance of Croatian exporters can be explained by a number of factors, one of them surely is the low level of risk taking propensity which is one of the three major dimensions of entrepreneurial behaviour. The aim of this paper is to define factors that determine the level of risk taking propensity in Croatian exporting companies and study the influence of risk taking propensity on different aspects of export performance. The paper is based on a research of 88 Croatian exporters.
