Sažetak
The displaced are the people whose life growth and development has been forcefully interrupted. The intemption occurred with their own lives as well as with the social groups as special entities. The creation and form of new social groups are determined by a number of factors, where besides personal factors, the factors of social structure of some of the higher systems and also their developmental possibilities and especially differentiation of the structure play an important role. Presented here is the development process of some of the parts of the system structure regarding a group of displaced people, the government authorities working with the displaced, as well as an expert team which is providing psychological helg to the displaced.
