Sažetak
The various methods applicable to the analysis of glucuronic acid conjugates have been surveyed. No one general method or combination of techniques can be applied to any conjugate disregarding its srtucture and stability. The choice of the analytical method must consider the properties of the presumed glucuronic acid conjugate and its purity. The choice of the method for isolation depends on the biological material or mixture containing the metabolite.
