Sažetak
Partial replacement of copper atoms in the superconducting orthorhombic phase Ba_2YCu_(3-x)O_(7-delta) (M = V, Nb, Ta) with the 5a group of transition metal elements stabilized this phase in a wide range of dopant concentrations. As the dopant amounts increased, the superconducting properties gradually decreased due to the formation of BaVO_3, Ba_3V_2O_8, Ba_2YNbO_6 or Ba_2YTaO_6 and CuO. X-ray powder diffraction, EPR spectra, electrical resistivity and magnetic susceptibility measurements of the doped samples were correlated.
