Sažetak
The addition of thallium into electrolyte for the metal electodeposition have a significant influence on mechanism, electrochemical reaction rate as well as on the structure and quality of the obtained coatings used for the electronic components production. Cyclic voltammetry method for the cathodic polarization of thallium on rotating Au-Si electrode in citrate solution was used. The experiments were performed in 0.22 moldm^-3 dibasic ammonium citrate solution in with TlNO_3 was added in concentrations of 3.75 x10^-5: 1.78x10^-4 and 3.75x10-^4 moldm^-3. The rotation speed of the electrode was from 250 do 2000 min^-1, the temperature range 298 and 333 K. The results obtained showed that thallium adsorption-desorption process (influenced by the rate of the polarization) occurred at the potential of -800 to -750 mVSCE. The current density is in a linear dependence on the electrode rotation speed. The amount of adsorbed-desorbed thallium is also in linear dependence on electrode rotation speed and electrolyte temperature.
