Sažetak
Trace concentrations of heavy metals present in textile can deteriorate the treatment of the material. It was shown that trace concentration of hydrogen peroxide during the bleaching of cotton, influence fluorescence during optical bleaching, deteriorate dyeing, etc. A simpleand fast procedure for the determination of iron present in cotton linen in trace concentrations was developed. Standards for visual comparasion were made by foulrding the cloth in standard solution of iron chloride in acetic medium.
