Sažetak
Guidance and control of cascaded hydropower plants is a part of the global electro-energetic system management. This paper gives the overview of the possibilities of control of the cascaded hydro power plants (HPPs), based on the known short-term operational plan (local operative plan of the particular HPPs, control trajectory). This level of HPP control is realized as a real-time optimization of electrical energy production with respect to trajectory limits of available water resources.
