Sažetak
The paper is based on knowledge and technical solutions contained in the designs for maintenance and rehabilitation of motorway pavements in Croatia. The motorway section Ilova-Slavonski Brod was taken as an example with performed pavement condition assessment and recommended rehabilitation and maintenance measures. The project goal was to define the maintenance and rehabilitation schedule disposed over the particular motorway sections and for each traffic lane separately. The OECD method, described in details, was applied for determining the pavement damage type /cracks, unevennes, rutting and skid resistance/, based on index of pavement surface condition, the values ranking between 0 and 5. The proposed works are limited only to the pavement surface layers.
