Sažetak
Influence of seed inoculation by bio- preparation of nodule bacteria Rhizobium leguminosarum, fertilization of 0, 40, 80, 120 kg N/ha and foliar molybdenum topdressing on: yield of green mass, dry matter, grain, average number of beans per plant, average number of grains per bean, average nodules number per plant, nodules dry weight as well as plant and grain protein concentration was studied during the two investigation years on two soil types - humofluvisol and loessive meadow chernozem. The highest values of all investigated parameters were obtained in the inoculated seed variants by molybdenum application, except average nodules number per plant where the highest values were achieved in variants without molybdenum. Nitrogen fertilization effect depended on the soil type, i.e. its chemical properties. The largest number of the investigated parameters obtained highest values by fertilization with 40 kg N/ha on humofluvisol (3.96% humus). Thus, grain yield was 4.18 t/ha in the first and 3.85 t/ha in the second investigation year, nodules dry matter 0.515 g and 0.449 g whereas grain proteins concentration was 27.03% and 26.79%. The highest parameter values were attained on the meadow chernozem loessive (1.07% humus) with fertilization of 80 kg N/ha where grain yield amounted in the first and second investigation years 3.83 t/ha and 3.46 t/ha, nodules dry matter 0.488 g and 0.424g while grain proteins concentration was 26.58% and 26.37%.
