Sažetak
Traditional concept of education in classroom gradually loses the role which it has had until recently. The new paradigm of learning is called e-Learning and it is based on mass expansion and drop of the prices of internet services. IT Center has staked two years of research and expert work to develop comprehensive LMS (Learning Management System) according to SCROM (Sharablwe Content Object Reference Model) standard.
