Sažetak
Although mistakes in diagnosing UA are inevitable some progress could be made. A smaller proportion of "over diagnosing" while ICU staff is supervising the ER could be explained with greated experience in the field. Older pateints and patients with history of angina or MI presenting with chest pain could be admitted with greated certainty of UA.
