Sažetak
The determination of the equilibrium constant, Ka, of the reaction between a multideterminant antigen and specific polyclonal antibodies, forming the insoluble immune complex, is possible using experimental data for the precipitating concentration of the antigen and antigen/antibody molar ratio. In order to obtain these data, immune complex must be prepared at equivalence in equilibrium conditions.
