Sažetak
From reactiona of Mo2(acac)2 with 2.methoxysalicylaldehydw thiosemicarbazone, and after adding of gama-picoline or imidazole two novel molybdenum(VI) complexes were obtained. In both complexes Mo(VI9 atoms are octahedrally coordinated, with a characteristic cis-MoO2 group. Schiff base tridentate ligand is coordinated through one oxygen atoms from salycilaldimine part of the ligand, and one nitrogen and one sulfur atom from thiosemicarbazone part of thw ligand. Additionally, monodentate solvent molecules, gama- picoline in (A), imidazole in (B) are bonded to Mo, thus satisafying octahedral coordination of metal atom.
