The report reviews the primary legislation in Croatia and its alignement with the requirements of the energy-specific requirements of the EU- primarily the Directive 2003/54/EC (for electricity) and 2003/55/EC (gas), the Athens memoranda, energy efficiency measures, and the Renewable Directive (2001/77/EC).It also defines some technical aspects regarding Croatian readinesss to be integrated in the TENs.
