Sažetak
In different muscles of the lambs orignating of ewes crossbreeds of F2 generation between the Istrian Pramenka sheep and Sardinian rams, and Sardinian (S), Merino-Wurtemberg (W) and Eastfreisian (EF) rams, types of muscle fibres were examined, according to the activity of lactic and succinic dehydrogenases and myosin adenosintriphosphatase (pH 4.3). In all examined muscle slowoxidative (STO), fastoxidativeglikolitic (FTOG) and fastglikolitic (FTG) fibres were found in various percentage. Muscle fibres diameter have also showed different values: 10-90 micrometer in muscles of S lambs, 10-85 micrometer in muscles of W lambs, 10-70 micrometer in muscles of EF lambs. The biggest average muscle fibres diameter was noted in m. longissimus dorsi, m. semimembranosus, m. quadriceps femoris and m. triceps brachii in the S lambs, m. gluteobiceps in the W lambs and m. psoas major in the EF lambs.
