Promote collaboration between Norwegian and Croatian research groups - exchange expertise on field work and methods - design and implement proposed integrated environmental monitoring system - employ and educate postgraduate students (M.Sc. student in Osijek, Ph.D. student in Zagreb) - foster courses in ecotoxicology and environmental management - build up an interdisciplinary team of experts
