Sažetak
Propper udder sanitation is basic in mastitis prevention and decrease of postsecretory pollution of fresh milk. In includes aplication of sanitation measures on teats before and after milking and it should be preformed without any consequently toxic residua in milk. Our research is preformed to determine efficacy of ecologically acceptable sanitation measures on decrease of number of microorganisms at teats before milking of ewes and on microbiological quality of fresh milk. We took 2 groups of ewes, consisted of 30 animals from the same farm. Udder hygiene in the first group of ewes was preformed by dipping teats before milking in disinfectant on basis of active surface substances, organic acids and hydrogen peroxid Protection of udder in the same group of ewes was preformed using iodines and tensides. Udder hygiene odf second group of ewes was preformed with dipping teats in desinfectant mix of peroxides and plant etherical oils.Udder protection was preformed using solution made of plant extracts. We took samples for microbiological analysis before and after udder milking preparation. Individual milk samples were collected twice in interval of 30 days. Our results have shown that significant decrease of total aerobic mezofilic bacteria (p<0, 05) was caused by preformed sanitation measures. In the first group of ewes decrease consisted 92% and in second group 89%. Besides, total number of aerobic mezofillic bacteria in milk of ewes from both group was constant and consisted 4, 7x103 till 7, 2x104. We can conclude that preforming both procedures of sanitation could significantly influence on efficacy of udder hygiene in ewes and positivelly correlate with hygiene quality of milk. Choice of tested sanitation measures gives opportunity for cheaper method which is possible to use in other species of ruminants too.
