Sažetak
The effect of additional nitrogen fertilisation on protein, calcium and total phosphorus contents was investigated in various winter wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) genotypes grown at the same location over two years. The average protein content in dry matter ranged from 9.82-15.07 g/100g, depending on genotypes, nitrogen fertilisation growning season. The concentrations of Ca and P depending on investigated sample ranged from 0.037 to 0.050 g/100g dry matter and from 0.247 to 0.502 g/100 g dry matter, respectively. Taking into account confidence limits there are significant differences (P=0.01) in protein, calcium and phosphorus content were determined among investigated genotypes, years and nitrogen fertilization applied. Analysis of the results reveals positive correlation between proteins and investigated macroelements contents in examined wheat grains.
