Sažetak
Botrytis cinerea Pers:.Fr. has great morphological variability and metabolic and genetic diversity. Also, it is very prone to resistance development, which makes it difficult to control. The resistance phenomenon intensified the genetic studies of this fungus because it was assumed that limited understanding of the genetic structure is reflecting in difficulties in managing the disease. Recent investigation on B. cinerea populations showed the existence of two sibling species, transposa and vacuma, which can occur sympatically on many host plant. This work aimed to get the first picture of genetic diversity in one wine-growing area in Croatia, and to investigate the dynamic of pyrimethanil-resistant phenotypes in populations during a year. The resistant phenotype was detected at low frequency in tested population so therefore it should not be considered as potential risk for development of practical resistance at trial site Kutjevo. The both sibling species, transposa and vacuma, were detected. Also, the isolates having only transposable element Boty were detected.
