Sažetak
The aims of the study were to analise causes of 6 sudden deaths in adolescent boys in five-year period in Croatia.Two had hypoplastic coronary arteries. The third had hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. The fourth had normal heart findings but had bolateral pneumonia. The fifth had congenital aneurysm of the left ventricle. The sixst, had a suspision on congenital pulmonary valvular stenosis and an ostium primum atrial septal defect.
