Sažetak
A new method for quantitative phase analysis of a multicomponent powder is described. It involves doping of a mixture by known amounts of the components the weight fractions of which arc to be simultaneously determined, and individual profile fining of diffraction lion in the pawn of the original and doped samples. The proposed method was tested on a binary mixture and on a ternary mixture containing one amorphous component. The applicability of the method it discussed.
