Sažetak
Telemedicine can be defined as "use of ICT supporting healthcare in case of remote participants in this activity". The goals of these activities are multiple but they could be considerd three-fold: ensuring accessibility of healthcare services, restricting cost increase, and maintaining and increasing quality. Beside technology, telemedicine asks for evaluation, legal framework, international standards, and education of participants.
