Sažetak
Rapidly increasing use of cellular and personal commmunication systems, and a wide use of computer terminals, bring the electromagnetic fields close to the human body, making a question of their influence on human health more and more intriguing. In the paper the criteria to form the adequate national legislation for protection of electromagnetic fields are discused, based upon the research of biomedical effects of electromagnetic fields, and the actual international guidelines in this area.
