Sažetak
Maintenance management is constantly enlarging requiring the of new knowledge. This knowledge is not necessary closely connected with maintenance executive, although it is primarily affected by it, and is not just technical, as it implies proficiency in laws and means of environmental protection, protection at work, quality assurance requirements, validation, calibration, basics of economic rules, IT, standardization, etc. Successful long-lasting practice on such wide and various fields of work are possible only by life-long learning. Concerning these conditions, the role and means of knowledge sharing management are emphasized in this paper.
